The above shipping special applies only to US addresses. We only ship to US addresses as we can no longer order carrier package pickup for international shipping and are too busy to run to the Post Office. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We now take VISA and Mastercard directly on the site through a secured program. If you prefer using Paypal, we also have an option for PayPal in which you can use your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. If you have trouble on-line send us an email and we can process your VISA or MasterCard over the phone. There is a lot to be said for that old fashioned one on one customer service and we aim to please.

Exception 2: The item shipped is defective and cannot be repaired or replaced. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. You must contact Red Hat Regalia about a defective item within three business days of the confirmed USPS delivery date.

USPS will be contacted for damaged items and will contact you directly. You must retain the original shipping box for USPS to inspect.
